Air blast freezer is specially designed for fish and poultry freezing process in order to keep fresh of products for a long time period, This freezing methods use the cooled air to freeze the meat and fish to -18~-15 °C in the central part. Freezing time, although it differs according to the products to be frozen, is designed in general for 8 to 12 hours per charge. Normally, the temperature of blast air is around -25 °C ~-40 °C , which is equal to the room temperature just at the end of freezing.
