Heating Insulation:

Cold Room space is the place for the storage and preservation of agricultural products, it is normally used to maintain the stability of low temperature environment which usually called heating insulation. The heating insulation includes three parts:Panels, Door , Floor Insulation. Good heating insulation structure can maximize to keep that the cold which is created by condensing units inside the cold room space, in turn, it can maximize to keep the heat outside of the cold room space. This is mainly different part between the cold room and general rooms.

Panels

(1).Good Thermal insulation properties, Thermal coefficient is less than 0.024w/m.k. Obturator rate can get to 90%. Ensure the property of the plates. Can largely reduce the cost of Heating and electromechanical.

 The plates fire proof property can meet B grade.difficult to burn in the air, from the fire self-extinguishing

Cold Room Door is one of the key parts of whole refrigeration unit system. Cold Room Doors are shaped by foaming at one time through high-pressure injection of PU. PU is of dense tissue, evenly filled, without foam contracting and bulging, making door flat and artistic.

Advantages of Doors:

(1).Hardware components used for doors are pressed through mechanical process, with high precision. They can ensure doors opened easily and freely.

(2).Anti-freezing devices: Electric heating anti-freezing devices are fixed around the door to effectively prevent doors and door frames from bonding and freezing. 

(3).Out-of-danger devices: When someone is locked in the storage carelessly, just turn the out-of-danger handle and pull the door opener device to open the door and escape danger smoothly without destroying the door lock.

(4).Electric driving devices: With specific switching device, when power is off, the driving device is separated automatically to allow easy manual operation. With photoelectric contactless switch, the storage door will stop automatically when it runs almost to terminal (with certain distance left) ,against impact. Gear racks or chains are used for driving, allowing longer service life. With PLC or IC control, the electric control system runs smoothly and steadily ,easy maintenance.

(5).Air curtain: Large air-pressure centrifugal fan is used to effectively reduce the loss of cool air in the refrigeration storage.

Refrigeration system mainly includes cold storage unit, which is the core of the cold storage to ensure that the cold storage room cold source supply. The control device is the brain of the cold storage, which directs the cooling system to ensure the cooling supply.

Generally cold room works with the refrigerator to use the liquid whose gasification temperature is very low (ammonia or freon) as a refrigerant, and when it is taken into the low pressure and mechanical control conditions, its evaporation will absorb the heating inside the cold room to achieve the refrigeration purpose.

The most popular refrigeration unit are mainly composed of the compressor, condenser, valve and evaporator and other components.
